Visual Merchandising
Studio Project: Ellementary Brand Store Design
As part of my studio project, I designed a concept store for the Ellementry brand, reflecting my passion and strengths in visual merchandising, communication design, window display, and spatial storytelling. The store was presented as a scaled-down 5ft by 5ft model, carefully crafted to showcase layout planning, product curation, and immersive retail experience.
To enhance the store’s functionality and create a multidimensional user journey, the model also featured a mezzanine-level restaurant inspired by Green Theory, blending retail with hospitality. This addition introduced a seamless fusion of lifestyle and dining, reinforcing the brand’s earthy, artisanal ethos while encouraging longer customer engagement within the space.
Studio Project: Valentine’s Theme Mall Installation
For this studio project, I conceptualized and designed a Valentine’s-themed immersive experience tailored for mall environments, aimed at increasing footfall and visitor engagement. The installation featured three key zones:
Track Drop – A visually dynamic entrance element designed to draw attention and set the tone for the Valentine’s experience.
Selfie Booth – A curated photo-op space with thematic backdrops and props, encouraging social sharing and user interaction.
Game Zone – A playful and interactive area with Valentine-inspired games to enhance dwell time and audience participation.
This project allowed me to explore experiential design, spatial storytelling, and user-centric installations within a commercial public space. The goal was to create an engaging environment that blends entertainment, visual appeal, and brand-friendly activation, ideal for seasonal campaigns in high-traffic retail spaces.
